The work
Six days, two guided sessions a day, and enough distance from ordinary life to examine your choices and realign them — restoring the places where you've been quietly weakening your own integrity.
We keep it real, practical, and human — not heavy, not another self-help weekend. You leave with a clearer sense of yourself, a new way of seeing your own choices, and the ownership to act on them.
What shifts
In the early days you slow down enough to see the pattern you've been living inside — the avoidance, overthinking, and quiet compromise that have been making your choices for you.
Mid-week we turn to what it has cost you: the conversation you've avoided, the body you've stopped listening to, the relationship gone quiet. Named out loud, among men doing the same work.
In the final days the focus turns forward. You leave with the specific decision you came in avoiding — and a clear sense of the man you're choosing to be.
One evening: Dine with Divine — a collaborative dinner led by chef Steven Johnson.
30 days on (18 Nov): a group follow-up call to protect your momentum. Included.
Why it matters
Not for lack of ability — confusion, avoidance, and self-doubt are simply hard to see from the inside, and harder to break alone.
So men keep postponing their fulfillment, their power, and their self-respect. This is the environment — and the group of men — where you finally do something about it, and step into your natural capacity to know, choose, and lead.
Is this for you?
One Principle
There is a stream of your life. It is the one that flows because it is true.
Everything that is actually yours lives in that stream. Success on your terms. Love and real connection. Stability and family. Health. Real community. Not things you have to chase and construct, but what naturally shows up when you are living from the right place.
It flows not because it is easy, but because you are not fighting it. Because the way you are living matches what you actually know and what you are actually capable of.
Most men are not drowning in a lack of effort. They are drowning in effort spent against the current. Effort spent in a life they never actually agreed to. A life someone else decided for them, or one they assumed for themselves in a moment when they did not know any better. Now they are trying to force themselves to be that, and it will not flow.
Underneath the struggle is a wrongness. Energy poured into a version of life that was never on your actual wavelength.
Find your stream. The one that is actually you.
Living from that stream takes real courage. It means stopping the effort in the wrong direction. It means letting go of a life you spent years building that was never yours to begin with.
That is what these six days are for. Finding your stream and choosing, fully, to live from it.

The place
A private chalet near Innsbruck becomes our base for the week — lake, peaks, and forest, with enough quiet to hear yourself think.
Who is leading this
Denis works from the outside in — he sees the pattern in your behavior before you do. Mark works from the inside out — he helps you see what's underneath. Together, it's harder to hide and safer to get honest.

Co-facilitator
A career in sports and team coaching, where the gap between what a man is capable of and what he's actually doing is impossible to hide. He names what others politely avoid — in a way that opens things up.

Co-facilitator
Years inside intensive personal-development work, seeing people in their most honest moments. He knows the difference between insight that lands and insight that fades — and how to make it stick.
